　 In order to improve level of system intergration & software development，guarntee the quality of product& service continuous offered by Scipower to customers，strengthen competitive ability on market，improve customer's satisfaction，according to GB/T19001-ISO9001:1994's requirment,GB/T19000.3-ISO9000-3和ISO/DIS9001-2000 stanard,& our own practical experiences,we edit" Quality Handbook".Now, it begin to implement.
　"Quality Handbook" is standardization documentation.in order to control every steps of operation, promote the ability of guarantee quality.
　Management & staffs of our company must studies carefully about "Quality Handbook" and implement its every procedures so that quality system operate effectively.
　 "Quality Handbook" shall be in force since permitted by CEO. If any former documentary contradict "Quality Handbook " will be dischargeed immediately.
